3 Quick Tips for Using P90

I wanted to share 3 quick tips for starting the P90 workout program:

Tip 1: Read through the entire program guide. You will understand how to use P90, learn about how you should be progressing, etc.

Tip 2: Just push play! You may have days where you don’t feel like working out – don’t dwell on it – just push play!

Tip 3: Stop eating junk! You will not succeed if you continue to eat the wrong foods. Follow the food planner or log into the Team Beachbody Club and use the meal planners (with paid version.)
