One way to make positive changes in your life is to make small changes by doing 30-day challenges. Let's say you have always wanted to become an early riser but never got around to it. You could turn it into a challenge for 30-days. You may develop the habit of waking early or realize it isn't for you after all. You can do challenges with almost anything.
I bring up this topic because the Facebook group in which I belong has posted a 30-day food challenge that was originally started by Tony Horton of P90X. You can find the original challenge on his blog post, titled: Chat Room Throw Down.
Challenge Yourself Using Beachbody Programs and Products
Now that the new year is approaching, you may have made some new health and fitness resolutions. What better time to set new goals than with the new year. Team Beachbody can help in this area because the programs are so well designed and are usually designed anywhere from 6-weeks to 90 days. However, if you are just getting back into fitness, you can do a 30-day challenge with any program you select, regardless of the time frame in which they were designed.
Why 30 Days?
I have heard before that habits are typically formed in about 21 days or so. If you can stick to any of the Beachbody fitness programs for 30-days, you will have developed a habit of exercising on a regular basis. It may be just what you need to jump start your health & fitness resolutions.
Try Shakeology for 30 Days
If you are looking to improve your nutrition as well as help with weight loss, Shakeology is an excellent nutritional supplement to do just that. Best of all, you get the Bottom-of-the-Bag Guarantee so if you are not satisfied for any reason, return it within 30 days (less s&h) for a refund.
Combine any of Team Beachbody's fitness programs with Shakeology for 30-days and see if you don't notice a difference. You'll more than likely form better fitness and nutrition habits that will last a lifetime.
