One of my favorite benefits of being a Team Beachbody® Club member is having access to the custom meal planner. When you are logged into the club, you can click on “Eat Smart” and then “Meal Plans.” You can choose a basic meal plan or you can plug in your stats such as weight, height, and activity level to create customized meal plans.
Once you are in your customized plan, you can keep the meals selected, or you can swap them out for something else. You can also create “favorite meals” and set them up to use over and over. Each meal comes with a nutritional breakdown and a printable shopping list feature.
Why This is So Important
Food is often the biggest culprit in why people who are struggling with weight loss have a difficult time. I speak from experience because I have been exercising for quite awhile with little results because I kept eating the wrong foods.
I’m the type of person who needs major guidance in terms of diet and exercise. When I have a meal plan for each day, there is no question as to what to eat. I don’t have to wonder what to eat and as time goes on, I become better at choosing the right foods when I do dine out.
