Day 13 and I’ve Moved to Phase 3-4 Cardio/Abs!

I'm happy to announce that I have transitioned to phase 3-4 of P90 cardio/abs. I had been feeling like phase 1-2 of cardio/abs was beginning to feel too easy. So this morning when I was getting ready to workout, I decided to try phase 3-4 to see if I could keep up. I kept up fine and got much more of the challenge I was looking for.

The exercises are exactly the same but done with much more intensity and speed. I know it will keep me challenged up until day 90 and I can always incorporate more cardio like running if I want. Phase 3-4 of the sculpt (resistance training) will have to wait until day 30 because I am still working on building up my strength.

Tightening Up My Diet

As I've mentioned before, I'm still working on the eating portion of getting fit. Food has always been my biggest obstacle and I really need to tighten up my diet this week, otherwise all of the exercise I do will not mean a thing in terms of weight loss. I plan on utilizing more of the meal plans in Team Beachbody as well as the plans in the other fitness programs I have.
