Day 30 of P90

Woohoo! Today marks day 30 of using P90 and I'm extremely happy with my progress. I did take my progress pictures and while I didn't notice much difference, I did lose 3 pounds so that means a lot to me considering that I wasn't losing any weight prior to starting this program.

I also transitioned over to phase 3-4 of the resistance training. It is much more challenging and I had a little trouble keeping up. Now I do a lot more push-ups, more lunges and squats. Phase 3-4 also throws forearms and calf exercises into the mix which is really cool.

I've also ordered Shakeology® on home-direct because I have grown to love it and it serves as my multivitamin. I really don't mind drinking a meal that tastes like a chocolate shake every day. :)

I'm looking forward to the next 30 days! Keep pushing play!
