Day 5 of P90 Update

Today was day 5 of working out using P90 (Power 90) and it went very well. I wasn’t sore today and I felt like I did better than the first time I went through Sculpt 1-2. My push-ups need major improvement but that will come over time. I do plan on doing more push-ups before I go to bed to help myself become stronger so I can crank out more.

If you are not familiar with P90 it stands for “Power 90″ and is a fitness program that you complete in 90 days. It was developed before the popular P90X (X = Extreme.) I am hoping to work myself up to P90X.
