Gyms VS Home Fitness DVD’s

I was a gym member for years and eventually I became bored with having to go every day. I do not put down gym memberships at all. In fact, if it weren’t for me joining a gym, my attitude about fitness would have never turned around. I was a huge couch potato and hated everything about exercising.

I still suggest joining a gym for people who want to workout because it may have the same effect it did on myself.

What happened to me, however, was that I became bored with going. I didn’t have a program to follow and I didn’t want to hire a personal trainer. When I discovered Beachbody® programs, I knew that it would work out well for me because I’d have variety and accountability.

I think that because you feel bored at the time in the gym you do not enjoy the fitness movement. Mind you less time to focus on fitness activities.
I agree you have a willingness to make changes to your self by creating a fitness program that is not be bored.
