I started Hip Hop Abs a few weeks ago and have found it to be a really fun program. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't like exercising because all of the dance/exercise moves make the time fly by. So far I have used the "Fat Burning Cardio" routine which is 30 minutes, "Ab Sculpt" which is 25 minutes, and "Total Body Burn" which is 45 minutes.
"Total Body Burn" is exactly that - it works out the entire body. You start off with the dance moves that focus on abs and move on to working out your legs with squats and then shoulders, biceps, triceps. Towards the very end you work out your chest with some push-ups and more leg work on the floor. It really hits all areas within the 45 minutes. Just like before, the time flies by because of the good music and dance moves.
The next routine I have left is the "Hips, Buns, Thighs" session. I am still alternating days, doing Hip Hop Abs one day and Power 90 sulpt or some type of weight training another day.
