This is day 15 of P90 and a quick update. I really felt it today and while I was able to keep up, I was exhausted by the end of the session. I blame it on being Monday.
The ab work is very challenging as in phase 1-2 is is 100 reps of different ab exercises but in phase 3-4 it jumps to 200 so I was pretty much through by the end of it.
I am also including a few clips of me playing tourist yesterday walking around my city.

I just got back from San Diego—it’s my favorite city =). The ab workout is still hard for me. It’s only 16 minutes but it does kick your butt.
