So today marks day 22 of P90 and it was my resistance training day. I feel stronger and I hope to lose another pound by the end of the week. I’ve been using Shakeology® as a meal replacement (replacing breakfast) and continue to eat lunch and dinner. I think the calorie reduction with my workouts will help to boost my weight loss progress and help me to achieve my goal weight.
The one thing I like knowing about my weight loss is that I am continuing to build muscle at the same time. While I am getting rid of the mushy spots I want to build up the muscle.
Another one of my goals is to graduate from P90 to P90X. P90X is a lot harder than what I’m already doing and involves pull-ups which I can’t even attempt one right now. Other than that, I’m done with day 22 and looking forward to day 23. It gets easier and I haven’t felt bored with any of it at all!

A suggestion: downsize your lunch and dinner while adding a snack between the three main meals of the day. Also, boost your metabolism by drinking ice COLD water. Finally, don’t forget that your weight might not change dramatically cause you’re losing fat and adding muscle.
The bonus: muscle weighs more but take up less space. The result: you’re slimmer and stronger than ever! Keep pushing play…
Thanks for the tips! I do have to keep that in mind about the muscle and not stress so much over what the scale says.
