Today marks day 27 of using the P90 program and I’m so excited because I am almost to day 30! I’m down 3 pounds and I know that these next 30 days will be a significant improvement as I am switching over to phase 3-4 of the circuit (resistance training) as well as continuing to use Shakeology® as a meal replacement.
Once I hit day 30 I plan on taking some progress pictures as I feel like I’ve lost some inches as well as losing some weight. As far as the gym goes, I am not missing it at all. I never had this much progress with the gym just due to a lack of structure and a program to follow. I am loving the convenience of working out at home and actually getting results too.
