Today was day 9 of P90 and it was a cardio/abs day. I noticed a lot of improvement since the first day. When I did my push-ups, I could only crank out about 3 in pain, now I can crank out 10 with no problem. I still do them on my knees but working up to regular push-ups soon.
Cardio was great today because I wasn’t nearly as out of breath as usual. I kept up fine. I’m thinking about transitioning to cardio/abs phase 3-4 to see if I can keep up. The circuit will have to wait until day 30 or so because I am still building up my strength.
