Today makes day 11 of P90 and I feel like I’m doing really well for my cardio/abs workout. I am having much better form rather than being wobbly with some of the exercises, I am more study and feel stronger. I also wanted to go over the equipment needed for P90 which includes:
- Dumbbells
- Elastic bands (optional)
- Fan (optional)
I also highlight my new eating habits, while I’m not perfect, it is a vast improvement from what I used to eat. Overall, I’m feeling great and feel like I’m making progress with each day!
