P90X and Shakeology – A Good Combination

Working out isn't that much of a problem for me but controlling what I eat is. Fortunately, I am doing much better with my eating habits while doing my first round of P90X®. Much of the reason I'm doing so well with my eating habits has to do with incorporating Shakeology® into my diet.
