I've had "Shakeology The Workouts" program for awhile now but didn't get around to trying it out until last night. You can receive the program for free when you order auto-ship with Shakeology. The program comes with 2 dvd's - one is called "The 30" and the other is called "The 50." I used the 30 minute routine last night and it was really good.
The instructor for this program is Tanya and I believe she is also in the Hip Hop Abs program as well. The exercises combined cardio with resistance training and I woke up sore this morning in my arms, abs, and legs. It's a good muscle sore meaning that I really put some effort into the exercises.
What I enjoyed about the 30 minute program was the simplicity. They workout in an all white background, there are only 3 people, and then you have the timer at the bottom of the screen like most Beachbody programs. The 30 minutes went by quick because you are constantly moving from one exercise to the next.
If you have Shakeology The Workouts as well and have put off trying them, give them a try soon. It is a nice change of pace and you can add it as a little something extra to whatever it is you are already doing.
