
Last night I decided to do the second workout program from Shakeology The Workouts called “The 50.” I really enjoyed it. It starts off with a quick warm up and then gets into various rounds of cardio and resistance training. Towards the end you do a lot of floorwork working out your abs. It is a really good ab workout and my abs are still sore.
I was dripping sweat towards the end and I pushed myself through even though some of the exercises were challenging for me. I think this Shakeology workout series is a great addition to any fitness library. The program works out the entire body. You can choose to follow it for a few months or use it in combination with any other exercise program you’re following.
