Shakeology is an extremely popular nutritional supplement that is often used as a healthy meal replacement to help with weight loss. I have personally used it to shed 10 pounds. The most common way to use the shake is to replace one meal per day and eat the remainder of your meals and snacks as usual -- keeping your meals healthy of course.

If your intentions are to use Shakeology and not follow an exercise program, then you will need to be very mindful of what you eat. This means cleaning up your diet of refined sugar, high in fat/calories food. Your best bet is to follow a clean eating diet. A clean diet consists of whole, natural food such as lean meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.
Also keep in mind that you do not need to replace more than one meal per day with the shake. You would also benefit by performing some type of exercise but I understand that some people are not ready to take that step just yet. If you are worried about what type of exercise to do or just aren't sure, consider any of Team Beachbody's workouts.
