I have been a member of the Team Beachbody Club ever since I became a customer and Independent Team Beachbody Coach. There are many features inside of the club that I enjoy using. One of them being the WOWY SuperGym. The WOWY SuperGym is one of the many ways that Beachbody helps you to stay accountable for your health and fitness. WOWY stands for (Work Out With You.) Inside, you can schedule your workouts and autoschedule workouts for programs like P90X, Turbo Jam, Insanity, and others. It is a convenient way to keep track of your workouts and each time you log them in, you are eligible to win cash and prizes up to $1,000 a day (definitely a great incentive to workout every day!)

One of my favorite club features is the buddy system. When people add me as their buddy and vice versa, we then are able to contact each other through the club's email system. I noticed one buddy of mine had just begun to use Power 90. That was the first program I used when I started with TBB so I contacted him and let him know what I thought of the program. We then began to email back and forth. He would ask me advice in terms of what to eat, when to do the ab workout, etc.
Long story short, we became each others support system. In my opinion, this is the best feature of using the TBB Club. It isn't always an easy road to begin exercising and sticking with it. If you need support, there are tons of coaches and customers available to give you a hand. If you enjoy helping people, then you can reach out in the forums, chatrooms, or contact your buddies.
