Maybe you have recently heard about the Beachbody coaching opportunity and are searching for what exactly it is that a Beachbody Coach does. First it is important to understand more about the company itself. Beachbody is a company that specializes in creating in-home fitness and weight loss solutions. Some of their most popular programs include P90X®, Insanity®, Slim in 6®, Brazilian Butt Lift®, RevAbs®, and more.
Many Independent Beachbody Coaches started off as customers. They were looking to get fit and started using one of the many fitness programs. They may have heard about the coaching opportunity or were introduced to it from their own Beachbody Coach. The business opportunity means that you have become an independent distributor of all of the great products as well as being an example of what can be achieved by using them.
Below is what a Beachbody Coach does on a regular basis:
1. Gets and Stays Fit – Become a product of the product. Use the fitness programs and be accountable for your own health and fitness. The biggest benefit here is that you are getting fit and improving your own health through exercise and eating well. The next benefit is that you become a testimonial as to what the products can do. When you reach out to others who are seeking solutions to their fitness problems, you will be setting the example as well as being able to coach them through using the same program(s).
2. Follows “The Game Plan” – When you become a coach, you are also provided with a blueprint of how to grow your business. This blueprint is called “The Game Plan.” It explains what you should be doing on a daily basis so that over time, you can grow a successful Beachbody business. I follow The Game Plan and it makes it so easy for me because I’m not guessing what to do next. I take what I’ve learned and apply it on a daily basis.
3. Promotes Health and Fitness – The overall goal is to get others to develop a love for health and fitness. So many people are overweight and struggling to improve their health. The Beachbody programs are great ways to get people to exercise again. Every fitness program is a complete plan which covers exercise and nutrition. When you can match a program to a person’s own fitness issues, you are helping them on their way to a healthy lifestyle.
4. Helps Their Customers and Coaches – As you gain new customers and build your own team of coaches, you will be helping them with their fitness programs (customers and coaches) and building their business (coaches.) You may be helping someone to stay accountable and stick to their fitness program or you may be helping someone learn the basics of running their own business. It is a team effort. You will be receiving help and guidance and you pass it on to others.
5. Attends Beachbody Events – This could be local events or even online webinar training. The biggest event is held every year and it is the Beachbody Coach Summit. When you attend these events, they motivate you, inspire you, and you walk away with new strategies on how to grow your business. The best part is that you get to network with other coaches and build new relationships.
Overall, being an Independent Beachbody Coach is a win-win. You win because you improve your own health and fitness while earning income with your business. Your customers and coaches win because they discover the same benefits of using the Beachbody programs as well as building their own businesses if they choose to become coaches.
